I bought my car used from a dealership, like many of you probably did, with the OEM navigation system. I can't figure out how to change the default "home" address on the navigation that lets you quickly set your destination to home. The previous owner entered their address- how do I change it to mine? THanks.

 

i had this same problem for months and i just figured it out.

Go to settings then turn off short menus. This allows alot of other options to be displayed. From there you can edit your address book.

OMG THANK YOU for this, I just bought my 05 G and this has been driving me NUTS! I downloaded the navi manual but its so convoluted with so much BS I just couldn't extract this simple answer! Thanks

 

DOMOSo if i turn off short menu ill be ale to re-program my navi to my destinations?
