Front channel amp help

New here... I'm pretty much good to go on stereo installations and understand the concepts but I've never worked on factory integration. I've been searching and see how to install the components and how to wire up the amp. My question is since I hook up the aftermarket amp in the trunk are the front factory speaker wires already ran through to the trunk also? or am I gonna have to run my own speaker wires to the components from there? If i don't have to what wires am I looking for for the fronts? If I do have to run it is it pretty hard to get through the boot in the doors? I have a 2003 G35 sedan factory Bose. I plan on getting the Infinity Reference 6030cs 6.5 components for the front and I already have an amp to power it and making my own spacers.

With the Bose system, there are wires that run to the front speakers from the trunk.

You'll probably want to bypass the Bose amp for those front speakers, just cut the front speaker inputs and outputs and extend them to your amp.

I think this diagram covers your year:

Thanks for the reply thats good to know. Although the diagram isn't for mine. I guess I gotta go digging for it unless someone has it. I only have one plug going to the bose amp. I tapped the green/white wire for the amp I hooked my sub up to. If anyone has the speaker wire colors it'd be appreciated.

It's in the service manual here, but I can't tell you the exact page.
