Wiring Help Please!!!! Quick Questionss.
so i installed my double din dvd player and got no sound. audio place said i had to bypass the stock bose amp, but i wanna keep it. I got the metra 70-7551 harness and was told it will work. Only questions i have is what do i do with blue wire with white stripes and can i connect the amp ground wire to the other black wire? Please help me out. thanks in advance.

Some headunits are extremely quiet when using the 70-7551 harness. You get louder sound when using the 70-7550 harness - The problem is, when using the 70-7550 harness, you get constant mild noise.
The best fix is to install a replacement amp, since you can't really bypass the Bose amp easily, since headunits output 4 channels of amplified signal, and your Bose system has at least 5 channels.
You'll need the swap to a 70-7550 harness to bypass the amp.
