yeah, looking good so far... Are you going to use fiberglass for the rear part of the boxes where the subs will be sitting? Seems like it would be difficult to creat the rears of the box out of wood.

All wood... otherwise it's too easy

If you're in the wood biz, do you have access to a vacuum bag? You could make a real close approximation to the curves behind the box if you make an expanding foam mold and vacuum bag some veneers to the foam. Probably would take a lot of layers depending on how thick the veneer is, but if you got some oddly shaped veneer sitting around...

If your amp is sitting on the spare, with wires ran... how are you easily accessing the spare? looks like more work taking the spare out... if you could, looks like the power wires are going to block your way of pulling it outwards...

???
