Sound for AV TV/Tuner not working?

Sound for AV TV/Tuner not working?
Has anyone experienced loss of sound for their AV electronic TV tuner w/ PAC unit? All of a sudden the sound for the SAT input just stopped working. And sometimes i get disc errors with my NAVI. Does anyone have any explanations or possible solutions. Thanks
