Fits into the trunk perfectly with lots of room left. I don't have a pic of the Power Akoustik amp because I didn't unscrew it. It attaches to the backside of the backseat and the sub fits right behind it.

I just checked the sub and seems like the lining is peeled which causes some rattling. The sub works fine but you'll occasionally hear some rattling. I had no idea that was causing it. You could still use it or you could replace it.

Also, wires are not included.

^It's kinda hard to explain but you can see the space between the main rubber seal and the inner part of the sub in the picture.
