aftermarket nav in non nav spot seemless 7" touch screen

I like everyone have been looking for a quick easy solution for a after market navigation system for my 06 g35 sedan that doesnt look soo ugly like a stick on the window portable..i did look into purchasing a 06 cluster with the navigation built in with the pop up factory nav but cost was nearing almost 3k
not even including install...what i eventually came across was an aftermarket nav that to my suprise fit in the non nav spot perfectly without having to do ANY mods..the top part of the draw holds the gps in place and the bottom part sits just on the inside on top of your climate control heres the link to see the pictures...http://www.cardomain.com/id/B-russ i think it looks good leemie know what you think more pictures and info to come!!

Looks good.

Im pissed off with the Alpine P1 nav unit on my w505.. Stupid a$$ alpine never releases map updates, its has the worst POI ive ever seen, and its so far outdated.. and this is Canada... I cant immagine how out of date it is in a large american city.

details pls on unit model, and links where u can buy =)

That's a sweet setup. Exactly where my Garmin Nuvi is mounted & hardwired... Though mine is a 4.3" screen or so

No it's actually a megellan roadmate. It actually pretty sweet
it's got all the lastest pio's automatic night mode it also has an
av input to connect in a DVD player which I plan to place in the empty cubby above the glove box.

Looks pretty slick, with some slight modifications, could probably be even better.

Hey man, just noticed the brown dash plate below the radio. If your still under factory warranty based on time (48 months) get that replaced. Your miles are still under 60k. This is a known issue and dealers will replace it for free under warranty.
