12" Kicker CVR with custom box and stock HU in 03 Coupe
Thought I'd share this to give fellow G owners more ideas for their upgrade if interested. I managed to install a 12" sub in a custom enclosure to fit right behind the seat and not stick out so far to retain trunk space. With this setup I can still fit my golf clubs and bag in the trunk.
This is practically the template created with styrofoam.
The back side to make sure sub fits in the enclosure, and that the box will fit behind the seat.
After final measure and all the parts were cut.
Basically the box all nailed, glued and screwed together.
Now for the end pieces.
After final measurements it was cut out.
End peices are held on by clips and entire face is painted black temporarily.
Finished. Carpet and fully functional.
