Is Phatnoise still in business or are they just really slow in processing RMAs? A few weeks back I sent back the Nissan cable in exchange for the standard phatnoise cable for my Phatbox. I have tried sending several e-mails with no response and only get a machine when I call their support number. I've left messages for a call back and no one has called. Does anyone know whats going on with them?

Phatnoise is a farily small company, and I think they can get overwhelmed with things at times.

 

Mine should be arriving today. Hopefully everything is all right.

 

Well I tried calling them again today and finally got a hold of someone. They said they will ship out the cable today and call me to leave the tracking number as well as e-mail me the tracking number. That was noon today, its 10pm and still no e-mail. Sigh, looks like I'll have to try and get a hold of someone tomorrow to see whats going on.
