Nah...sorry. I'm in DC/MD The guy that installed mine was a friend of a friend...been in the Alarm/Security business for quite some time.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but...I just did a search and came up with this thread. What is this "neutral safety switch" that you/he are/is talking about? I'm getting my compustar this weekend, and hoping i get a very good install. Btw... the new FM900 is the newest one right? Even though the SS pages a further distance, the FM900 is quicker with the paging of the unit, correct me if i'm wrong.

Have your installer daisy chain to your factory alarm and also..you may want to add a backup siren in case some-one cuts/shorts the power....and welcome to the compustar rage.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is daisy chain?
Meaning to make the compustar work with the factory one aswell?
