Sony XAV-60 with the Metra kit, which was a really nice, snug fit. Thanks Wrather, never would've been able to do this without your magical shopping list sticky

Just had a guy flash me with his high beams tonight to let me know that BOTH my taillights were out. What are the chances that during installation of the new radio/subs something got messed up with the back lights?

Metras don't have that gap, don't know where you're seeing any gap.

Shouldn't be messing with anything around the tail lights anyway, but seems something you did recently did.

had the same issue with the tailights going out after a HU install with amp/subs with my previous car

turned out to be a blown fuse. make sure that everything is grounded properly

If your dash lights are not working it means possibly a blown fuse. If dash lights are working and taillights out maybe problem with wiring harness or connections.

Mine looks the same. I just put the black plastic trim piece back in.

see above the upper glove compartment, i thought the trim piece was supposed to continue to the steering wheel area...not really familiar with the metra kit anyway

You can buy a cheap fuse checker that will light up green if the fuse is not blown. I've only had my G for a few weeks so havnt checked out the diagram for the fuses but I'm sure it's in the manual or online somewhere
