Maybe its me but I swear when I slow down the music gets quieter and when I go faster it gets louder. My Cobalt had this but there was a way to turn it off, is there a way to turn it off in these cars or do they even have this option orrrrr am I insane??

This is a feature called speed sensitive volume control. A quick googling didn't turn up any results for turning it off at a quick glance. Someone on here might have a post about it.

My car does it too.

The best way to get rid of this feature is to replace your Bose HU with an aftermarket double din.

So many answers, so much fail.

Audio button until SSV shows up, adjust to preference.

I still think the best way to alleviate this feature is a DD replacement.

I agree.

I had a problem, whenever I turned on the Bose system, there was this awful noise.

Turns out, that's what Bose is supposed to sound like.
