thanks for the help everyone. i did setup the amp with the settings you mentioned Wrathernaut. Definitely sounding better now and that buzzing is much fainter though still there. heres a couple pics

I just wanted to "zero" it out first, since lack of any midrange was part of the problem.

You're definitely not tuned at all, but at least you're not really missing anything.

Before setting any of the filters, get the gains set right.
Get a test CD (search online) to start setting gains.
Turn the radio to as loud as it goes before you start hearing distortion, then turn it back a little, leave the radio there.
Turn up each gain until you start hearing distortion, then back off.
Once your gains are set, then you can start doing the filters.
Since your sub is at 80hz LPF, setting the front and rear to 80hz HPF is probably all the tuning you'll need with that amp, the rest should be done at the headunit.
Oh, and leave the boost off, it's "more bass" not "better bass".

Yeah, bass boost just boosts a certain frequency which is what you don't want.

You want it to be completely flat.

Where is that enclosure from? Install wires look un-tidy, but I'm meticulous. Good luck with your kappa amp. My Kappa 4 lasted 2 months.
