Double DIN does not fit - bumping into wiring behind HU?

I have put my Pioneer AVH-P4200DVD and stock navi in my double din jdm kit, but I have run into a problem fitting it back into the car.

It feels like I am bumping into the wiring behind the unit, but it's hard to tell exactly what it might be. I even unplugged the RCAs from the head unit and still could not get it to fit back in.

Is there some sort of map to putting the wiring back together to ensure it all fits back in?

I am heading to bed at this point, but please feel free to leave your advice.

I have some trouble shooting questions for you.
1. is the frame for your new radio already installed?
2. are the side panels for your center console still installed?
3. is the bottom of the frame for your stock NAV getting in the way while your trying to install the radio?
4. Have you moved the wiring harness yet? It will be behind your radio.

Make sure that the top radio bracket/arm, which goes up by the analog clock, isn't going under or over where it's supposed to be routed through. It's very easy to have this piece get under the dash or under the bracket it's supposed to attach to when you're concentrating on the bottom of the radio, and until it tries to move that last inch into place and cannot, it will feel like it's in the right spot.

I think this may be the problem. When I am done working, I will revisit this.
