Front Speaker and Amp recc.

I've poked through the threads and have a pretty decent idea of what to do to retain the stock bose headunit on my coupe. However, to find components to replace upfront, I'm having difficulty finding if the speakers need to meet particular criteria in terms of ohms or things like this - I have to admit car audio is not my strong suit. I do not foresee me looking for a subwoofer anytime soon.

My goal is to find something that will fit in the stock locations and retain my bluetooth capabilities. This means I'd like to take out the stock amp in the trunk and replace it with an aftermarket in the same spot, hidden away and not on the back of the rear seat. I'm hoping the speaker wire in the trunk and doors will be sufficient, a plug-n-play type deal would be great. Budget? Well, I'd like to have a rough idea of what to look for in the speaker in terms of specs in case I find a good deal or something goes on sale etc - it's certainly not 1000 dollars for front components though. I just want an improvement as I do enjoy my hifi music at home and the bose system isn't so great.

I did see a link for some Focals on Amazon. However, being in Canada, Amazon.com does not ship to us. It's quite annoying.

Someone did mention that the headunit will run the rear speakers just fine and the amp will more or less be used to power the speakers up front. Is this still correct?

Sorry for the long winded post. I'm done
