Door Ajar popping up on nav screen?

Recently (had the car for about 5 months now) the message stating that a door is open in the car has been popping up on the factory nav screen. The first time it happened I pulled over and checked all the doors but all of them were shut. Now, it just seems to happen after just a couple minutes of the nav screen being up. No biggy because I usually leave it down, but I don't want to go to take a trip and have it constantly showing me this error message. Any idea of where the sensors are that might be setting this off? Any way to disable this error message so it doesn't pop up on the nav? Thanks,
Fletch

Yep, checked it. The release from inside the cab actually doesn't work (I suspect the cable frayed and broke) so to pop it I have to reach through the pass through and pop it manually. So, I never open the trunk. It's definitely 100% closed though. I'm wondering if it's a sensor error somewhere on some door.
