Radio Problems

For some reason on my 04 coupe when i switch to listen to the cd player or the sat radio only music comes out of my passenger side speakers? But when its on radio all of them work correctly, now my sat has been changed to use the ipod so im not sure if thats the problem or what, but this is the most annoying thing to me because i can clearly hear all the music in my right ear!! any suggestions?!?

IDK if it would affect the sat input issue, but look at this thread:

You aren't cutting the whole connector off the cable, only about 2-3 mm from both ends. That way a new part of the connector is being used.

I would definitely try cleaning the connectors before cutting them. I believe that's mentioned in the same thread. You can use a contact cleaner. I wonder if a bit of brass polish would help...

Test it before you put the whole dash back together.
