What do you guys think of this? http://www.wickedcas.com/product.php...&cat=18&page=1

If I chose this option would you suggest a JL Audio W3 or W6? I already own a Punch 550 amp and will use it to push whatever sub I get.

When I found out 4080 was out of business I went looking for an alt and found that, Only thing I don't like, compared to the 4080 is it's flat instead of rounded. I'm going to see if local audio shop can make the 4080 basically for that price, if not I'll go with the wicked CAS one. Looks like a good premade corner box though.

@Shakuya - I think I have found an equivalent or better than 4080 box. Follow this link, I think you will go for this one. I'm very close to making the purchase! http://www.mysosinc.com/box_inf_gcoupes.html

@G35Savant - That company is founded by the same person who created the 4080 boxes. He is now making them with his own company under a different name.

@Spitfire - You are correct. I spoke with Nick and he informed me that he is the founder of the original 4080 boxes. He is now the owner of Boxology (Science of Sound). For anyone interested in this style of a box you should visit his website. I ordered this box and will receive it early next week. Soon as I have it in my car I will shoot a photo for everyone to see. I will be putting a JL Audio 10 - W6. I can't wait!

Thumbs up

As I said before I would add photos of the box in my G35. The box is nicely tucked away without taking too much trunk space. It also has a way to securely hold itself in place and it can be removed with ease. I do not have the sub yet so I only have photos of the box but I think this does it justice. Also notice the users manual. This has specific instructions on how to use the enclosure and position it properly in the trunk so that it will lock firmly into place. Great customer service, especially for a novice like myself.

I am an avid golfer and athlete and as you can see I was able to fit my golf bag in my trunk along with some other sporting gear. (Notice the driver is removed from the bag and placed on top but my hybrids remain in place) It is a snug fit, however, the golf bag is also an oversized bag. This is a 14 club slot stand bag. If you had a bag that the average golfer often does it should fit pretty easily.

Well I hope that this helps any of you out who are in the hunt for a nicely fitting enclosure for your 10" subs in a G35-Coupe. Thanks for your great product Boxology!

I'm thinking I will mount mine under the sub with the spare tire. The entire drivers side of the spare is just dead space. I will figure something out. It will be hidden though.
