ho alternators

anyone have one? i plan on adding to my audio system and what i have now already dims the lights and makes the car studder. also does anyone know the specs of the stock alt?

Have you done the big and added a bigger batt yet?

I plan to pick up one within the next 2 month..more than likely i'll be contacting these guys https://www.dcpowerinc.com/

i love them. i have 2 10'' ssd's not pushing as much as i can out of them right now though due to limited power supply. ill check out the battery though. thanks

well, if you do end up getting an alternator..aim for 250-320amps

just talked to one of my friends that really into car audio and he said that the battery that sears sells in the link below (which is the one for our cars) is made by odyssey batteries. same battery just much cheaper and it will do what i need it to do

FYI, DC doesn't have Infiniti or Nissan in their drop down menu for makes.

what kinda set up are you running?

I currently have a nine.1 and a rockford p3002

I can turn it up pretty loud and have no dimming, no studder or anything.

keeps a steady 14.4 volts, sometimes will drop to low 14s

Should always get at least a yellow top optima battery when getting a high consumption stereo system.
