I installed the Alternator and fixed almost all strobing issues......the downfall is that I ended up grounding it out on accident up against my exhaust once it melted my 0 gauge wiring. shipped it back to them and "said" there was an issue with it and they fixed everything on it and upgraded to the highest "i forget the term" he changed and upgraded but I ended up selling it and never re-installing it. after I did the "BIG 3" on my car alot of my strobing has done away and my cabin lights dont dim. I also ended up finding out that I had a few bad grounds that I have fixed to now.

Hey G35mano4! Does the E-bay altenator really produce 220 amps? Please let us know.

There is no real way to measure it unless you take it.to an alternator shop but I read the guys reviews and he seemed legit and he also was very easy to get ahold of.

idk, it sounds iffy, $250 for a 220amp altervator vs. $650 for a 190-200 amp alt. i tried to contact that guy on ebay, he has no documentation to support the claim of 220 amps. the alt didnt come with outout graph or anything?

nope it didnt come with anything from what I can tell. I was going to have it tested but couldnt find a place local that would do it. Autozone and any of those automotive stores cant test an alternator like this. they only have stock readouts.

That'll probably do it, it's been said before (not sure if in this post or not) but start with the cheap fixes (big 3) and only continue to more expensive solutions/upgrades if you need to.
