kenwood dnx5140 fitment?

kenwood dnx5140 fitment?

Recently purchased the dnx5140 and 2005 g35 dd kit from grubs, i tried to fit it in however it seems like the fitment is way off?!?

Without the trim kit, there is too much of a gap and with it, there is not enough space...

There's going to be some gap around the edges with the JDM DD kit, that's why I recommend the scosche universal trim ring to fill that gap.

If you're talking about the radio being too far forward or back, you'll have to drill your own holes in the bracket, like this:

Thanks man, im going to take it to a professional shop this weekend, hopefully those guys can get it to how i want.
