HUMMING sound coming from engine or around engine???

HUMMING sound coming from engine or around engine???
Just got everything working incluing that aswc...but when key is ignition ON there is a pretty loud humming sound that u can hear more OUTSIDE the car then inside...sounds like it coming from the engine????

any idea why?

I am not using the bose amp...but I also did not take it out of the car...should I do that?
