bluetooth not recognizing
bluetooth not recognizing
I have a rather dumb question, but can anyone explain to me how to connect a phone to the car's OEM bluetooth? The computer always asks me if I want to pair a new phone (which I say yes), then tells me to connect it. At this point, I put me phone into discoverable mode (nothing happens), and I also tell my phone to scan for bluetooth connections (nothing pops up). And all the while the computer will tell me every 10 seconds to connect my phone.
How is it done with this car? Does the car search for our phones, or should we be searching for the car's connection?
Thanks

Year car? If it's an 08+ coupe or 07+ sedan, you're in the wrong forum. Try here instead: https://g35driver.com/forums/v36-aud...ectronics-375/
sorry, forgot to mention, it's an 06 6MT. it has the premium package so the bluetooth and memory seats and stuff...neither of which I have really used (seats because I'm the only driver and bluetooth because, well i can't get it to work)
so does the car scan for the phone and I should put the phone in discovery mode
or
does the car go into discovery mode and I should scan with my phone?
it seems that neither one of these works for me.
