My New Bass System - 07 Sedan

Just wanted to share my new setup on my stock bose nav system.

I built the box and painted it. Don't know if I am going to pull it an carpet it or not. Sounds Awesome with little to no trunk rattle.

Here is the setup...
3/4" MDF box. 3.81 cubic feet
1 12" Brand-X XXL12 1200W Dual Coil sub woofer (Had it already)
1 - Pyle PLA2378 2000W Bridgeable Mosfet (Amazon)
LOC (Autozone)
4 Guage Amp Kit (Schosche)
Stock HU

looks deec

Everyone here will talk crap about the look of the box or the lack of JL equipment.

if you like it and it sounds the way you want, kudos.

my box is sprayed with spatter paint right now because I get a new sub every 3-4 weeks haha

Looks good, how's the sound now? I've heard a stock 07 Bose before and the bass seemed sufficient for me.

It was sufficient for the last year or so but then I got an itch.

It sounds so much cleaner now! I don't have to turn the hu all the way up on full bass to get the soap thump that I wanted. Surprisingly thhe trunk doesn't rattle either.

That sounds good then I hate rattles.

Do you find the bass overpowers the speakers too much now?

No not at all. I compliments it very well the way I have the amp setup.
The amp is almost half way turned up with the bass boost turned on 0 db
