radio fix
Any one out there having trouble with your audio system not working and the ac running full time. Well I have a possible fix for you instead of replacing the $509 radio or the $619 finishier board from the dealer.
Get to your system by removing it from the car and removing the radio from the bracket. Check the finishier board for noticable burn spots if the board is fried no need to go any farther your screwed. Now that little flex wire as they call it, that connects the radio to the finishier board, once you have disconnected it from the finishier board look and see where it goes in the radio. You will have to take the radio case off not hard just alot of little screws. Take it and push it in, if it is or was loose you will be able to tell when you push in on it by it moving in. I found this to be the problem with my radio. I did everything myself and im not the mechanically inclined.

This just in, lately my A/C - Radio controls have been going dead almost every time I turn on the car. Because I am swapping this out, I don't really care about it anymore. What I did find out is, if you give the center console a good solid open hand slap on the front controls it generally fixes the problem temporarily haha.
