Installing Nav. System

Thinking about adding the factory navigational system on my 06' coupe. Any ideas on what I should and shouldn't do, also does anyone know the price range?

Stop thinking about it. It's more expensive, dozens of times more complicated to install, more expensive to update than to buy a new garmin, and ... I wouldn't install it if somebody gave me all the parts I'd need to do the install for free.

Buy my 06 nav! JK don't do it. it pretty much sucks anyway... you can update the maps but the non-touchscreen interface blows... If I knew it was gonna be this outdated, I would have gotten a non-nav G and double dinned it

Cheaper and better to buy an aftermarket head-unit, as well as easier to update the maps as well.
