Help with auto climate temperature/interior thermostat??

So I had the usual failure with my radio and climate control when I bought my 2003 G35 a while back. So I went with the 7" touch screen Clarion and a few other goodies. I hooked everything back up and all was well. Then I added a sub to the system, so I needed to access the sub RCA outs on the radio. Put it all back together and now my Auto climate control wont work. When you turn it on Auto 68 it just blows heat at full blast. Anything above 60 is heat full blast no matter what temperature it is in the car or outside.

I have seen a thread a while back on a couple possibilities for what this could be, but cannot find it anymore. I took it all apart again yesterday and all wires are hooked up. I actually unclipped them and re-hooked them up.

Any ideas what it can be? Interior thermostat maybe?

Sounds like the cabin temperature sensor got unplugged.

That's the thread I was looking for. But unfortunately its not the in cabin sensor. It's plugged in, as is the hose. I also made sure the main AC harness is snapped in. Now I'm puzzled. Had to be a bad sensor I'm guessing now?

Removing the radio again, ensuring everything is securely plugged in when putting it back in is always a good step towards diagnosis.

I can't recall anyone ever reporting the sensor itself going bad, perhaps the plug was damaged during removal and replacement?
