Where are you checking? I thought I read that alpine updated their stuff in 2010, but my street was here in 2010 and it doesn't find my address. I'm thinking this particular unit was already on the store shelf when that update happened

 

My street's been around for a few years but most have it as unnamed.

Check the navteq site - http://www.navteq.com/ - that serves as the source for your maps to see if it's even got your street. If so, then when they do update, it should have your street. If not, submit a correction - http://mapreporter.navteq.com/dur-we...ER&language=en - and hope they update it before Alpine buys an update to apply to their units.

 

My street is on that site, so how do I get an update? Call alpine? Thanks for the help man

 

You'll have to wait for alpine to release an update.
