Zenclosure and IDQ10 V.3 D4
Will this work good? Does anyone have experience with this setup. Looking at the min/max specs for the sub (.55 & 1.10) vs the zenclosure (.80), it seems like it will work.
Also, will one 10 hit nice in our cars (Coupe)? I'm not looking for crazy bass, but would like something can hit a little when I want it to (when the kids aren't in the car!). The min/max specs are throwing me on the subs, should I opt for a box on the smaller in of the specs (custom box) or will the zenclosure drive the subs good?

that's the same setup i put in my gf's car and i like it a lot better than my own vehicle. my only regret is i was stuck running it all at 1ohm...so far this seems perfectly fine though. it's running off a dx500 and the gains stay pretty far down. i already upgraded her to some new components because the bass was a bit ridiculous for how bad the bose system is.

ha, ya, i normally wouldn't make such a stupid post. sorry about that. i didn't use the idq, but the id. so the point that her car sounds great is totally moot. sorry if i got your hopes up there.
