Xpresskit DB-ALL in 2005 G35 6MT Coupe?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any experience with the performance of the DB-ALL / Viper combo. in their G's?

I'm thinking about attempting a Viper 5902 install on my '05 coupe 6MT paired with the DB-ALL in D2D mode. I have zero experience in installing things like this but it seems with the advent of these full-featured bypass units I'm assuming wiring seems to be much easier (for things supported by D2D)?

As for the Remote Start feature, the DB-ALL install diagram indicates that in D2D the "(-) Neutral Safety Input/(-) Handbrake Status Input" is "not required in D2D mode" - does that mean the 5902 will know when the stick shift is in neutral via D2D and that I don't have to manually tap into the ECU?

Sorry for the ignorance of my questions - I'm very new to alarm systems. As such I'm still on the fence on whether to take it to a professional to install - unfortunately shops are charging $300+ around here in Southern CA.

Thanks - and any tips/advice are welcome.
