Upgrade Subs and Speakers with no deck?

I need my bass soon. Going crazy. I know I should upgrade deck first, but I'm going crazy without bass and a deck + double din kit are expensive alone. I plan on getting 2 door speakers running off a 5 channel, and one RE audio 12" running off a 2 channel with 4 gauge wire that comes with the RE amp. How would a stock non bose system re act to that I guess? It's a silly question, just wanted to make sure before I start buying stuff.

And if you could tell me if these are nice:

If you can point me to some nicely priced good speakers for the front doors, let a brotha know.

-Thanks for even taking the time to read all this.

Why a 5-channel? It looks like you'd be better off with a 2-channel and a mono.

The stock headunit will be fine, you'll just need a line out converter, or amp that takes speaker-level inputs.

Would I be better with a 2 channel if I decided to add the rest of the speakers? And both the amps for the sub and speaker should take speaker-level inputs?

I'm an advocate of the front soundstage. It's how we experience most everything in life, so there's no reason to divide your money amongst front and rear speakers.

So 2-channel for front and mono for the woofer and you're set with all the amp you need.

People are saying that one I posted above hits hard and they've had em for a while. Probably depends on what series of woofer you get. Other stuff is kinda expensive. Only other thing I was looking at was a 12" L7.

If you are between those two subs I'd get the dual 4's that was if you decide to add another sub later you still have more options. Unless you have a hell of an amp 4 ohm's are easier to work with.

lulz

If he got a dual 4, 4 ohms wouldn't be his final ohm load.

If he got 2, finding an amp that'll do big power at 4 ohms will be expensive.

so uh...how is it easier to work with?

you can wire a dual 4 at 2 ohms. And yeah i totally spaced on wiring 2 dual 2's at 2 total so I change my opinion to: if you are doing one sub get the 4's if you are doing 2 get the 2's

no, dude.

If you're getting 1, get the dual 4

If getting 2, still get the dual 4's for a final ohm load of 1

Tryna keep my budget at low as possible, but loud *** bass. So I guess I'll try to keep it under 800. Right now I know I want the RE subs, but I haven't found amps or speakers.
