Yes there are parts avail. for the 05 Double din conversion.
I'm going to order a mixture of the parts from Japan to see what is needed for the conversion..

My Question is this color options do people have on their 05 because they are only showing 2 different part #'s for the 05..

Also need some of you guys to verify the build date on the vin plate located inside the door..

I am waiting for Yosi from J's to get back to me about 05 v35 parts for doubleDIN conversion. I want to experiment with retrofitting my '04 with '05 brushed aluminum. I'm expecting it will be more expensive b/c the brushed aluminum piece runs all the way to the shifter boot and the double DIN slot will be very difficult to shave or place trim rings b/c of the hard aluminum faceplate.

'05 doubleDIN conversion = probably more expensive than $401 and harder to work with.

I'm just planning on ordering the dash piece only and nothing else initially. I'll play around with the dash piece first and then decide whether I want to spend another $220+ (probably more for '05s) for another ACC.
