push eject???

Replying to an old thread because it's a common problem and nobody posted a working solution... same happened to me today, and I "fixed" it by pressing eject as it said, and then jamming some scissors in (a flat head screwdriver would have been better) and pushing down on the mechanism inside. Took a few tries, but it loosened whatever was jammed (it was CD#4 to start, and I had switched to CD#1 to try to eject it). The first CD came out and then it was smooth sailing of ejecting the other 3 CDs.

Not sure if I should continue to use the CD player or not though as I don't know if it will be a recurring problem.

My second OEM changer stopped working recently, so like already mentioned, the best way to fix is to go aftermarket.
