Need Help With Stock Stereo Replacement

To anyone that can help... I bought a factory CD changer from someone on this site to replace the one in my 2005 G35 Coupe with Bose and Nav, that has stopped working. I finally got to removing the existing and replacing it with the one I bought. After getting everything plugged in, I turned it on and all I heard was a constant high pitched beeping coming out of the speakers. It's late and I don't have time to reinstall my old changer to see if the beeping is still there.

Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas regarding this beeping and how to fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Is the replacement changer a bose unit as well? If not, then you're probably confusing the heck out of the bose amp.

Yes, the replacement changer is also a Bose changer, from another 2005 G Coupe.

Well, assuming the radio was in working condition when you put it in, I'd guess a harness was damaged in the swap.

Well... I assumed that the unit was working, but that was not the case. Thank you for the few responses that I did get.
