My (Tentative) Setup...Need suggestions
x2 for avic411, I got my bypass instructions for my pioneer f900bt off there and it literally took maybe 5 minutes to impliment...
If you're going to spend that much on a stereo upgrade, I'd leave the factory wiring intact and run all new cables into your doors to wherever your amp is going to be located, but that depends on blazeplacid's question of if you're going to run your speakers off the headunit or off an aftermarket amp

Thanks for the heads up on the bypass, I'll definitely check it out...
For right now I may just be using the head unit to power the factory speakers until I can put together some extra cash for an amp and speakers. What I would like to do is wire up the doors and then the 6x9's just to hold me over. I'd also like to use the stock wiring. So the question is, could I just bypass the amp completely and just connect the wires from pre to post blose amp?
