Speaker keeps blowing - Help please

Like the title says, my front passenger speaker keeps blowing. This all started several months ago when I accidently got water on my amp when I foolishly opened my trunk in the rain. So, that fried my amp and I sent it to get fixed. After a long wait (it took a while for them to pipoint all the issues) they sent it back and I hooked it up. It worked great for about 20-30 minutes. Then, it blew a fuse. So, I replaced the fuse and tried it again. It worked for a minute and then the sound from my front passenger speaker stopped. I did not have it loud at all - in fact I was playing it at a very low volume. I shut it off, took the door panel off and it smelled like fried electronics and I could tell the woofer was blown. Not really knowing what the issue was, I replaced the woofer/tweeter/crossover with brand new, tried again at very low volume and now the same speaker fried again right away.

Logically, I would think that the amp just never got fully fixed - but I don't want to buy another one and have the same issue. Is there anything else that could be causing this?

perhaps the amp is good but when you fried it the first time, a power surge could have melted some insulation, creating a short, and that short could be blowing fuses. if this were my system, I'd get a cheapo $20 amp off craigslist just to do a test and then if that works buy a new one. if not, I'd run new wire (from the door to the center console shouldn't be that bad). if neither of those work idk what else it would be... there aren't many other variables that come in to play with in this situation...
