Need some help.

I just had a Pioneer 4400, JL 500/1D, and a JL12w6 installed. My problem is, the RBC when plugged into the amp, cuts the amp out. Has anyone had this problem?

RBC = remote bass control?

Never seen it before, is it a faulty bass control ****?

Yea.

Me either, I gotta take the G back to the installer this week, I just wanted to see if anyone here knew what it might be.
