I haven't found the answer to my question, so here goes; My nav screen goes up and comes right back down. What might be the problem? The motor seems to work just fine, it slides up when i press the button. Thanks for any input

As for reported fixes w/o going through the TSB procedure:

Part way is usually sticky rails, which clean-up and a re-grease usually fixes.

If it goes all the way up, loose rails is possible:
