iPod Integration 2006 G35
Hey guys, I just got a 2006 Infiniti G35. It came with the iPod integration but I seem to be having a problem. I plug in my iPhone and click the radio button to load it up. Then, so I can use the iPhone directly to control the songs, I click the PTY/CAT button and the seek up button. Then I can control and Shuffle the music on my iPhone directly.
My problem is what happens next. If I need to get out of the car and unplug my phone, when I get back into the car I have to do this process over again. This results in the playlist having to be shuffled again and resulting in me listening to the same songs over again. Is there a way to either set the default plug-in setting to let me use my iPhone directly or something?
thanks, andrew

I'm not sure, but this may be an issue with iOS 5.0 and up, as I have similar problems with on my Pioneer since I updated my iPod touch. It used to remember to shuffle songs better, now if I run anything on the iPod between it being plugged into my car, it starts back at the first song alphabetically, unshuffled, and must be put back into shuffle mode.
