Just got a call back from service.......drum roll..........its the 3rd brake light harness!
Even though the light still worked, the harness was frayed (right in the usual spots). Essentially, every time I engaged the brake it make a short circuit that was blowing fuses.
So for a hand full of fuses, 6' of wire and some sealant I'm looking at a $400 bill.
