Uh, yes and no.

I've got a source that says they can get them, but they're about $350 shipped (NOT including the a/c controls... so you're looking at about a $150 premium for the 05+ navi DD trim -edit- Over the $200 premium for JDM vs metra -edit-), and I believe one person is about to order one, and I want to make sure they get the right part from this source before recommending them to others.

 

I've never been able to bring in the navi consoles, Nissan Japan has been sold out from what I can gather for a few years. Now, direct sources in Japan may be able to find old stock at various warehouses perhaps, but for the past 5 years only one OEM console has been widely sold. This is largely unavoidable unless you go with the cheap metra kit.

ANY Reputable installer will have no troubles installing the standard 05-06 DD kit into any G35 even with Navi. So it's not really as scary as it sounds.

Well, in addition to the source mentioned above, I have a brother-in-law out in Japan who checked at the Nissan dealership, they said they could get it for about $350-400, so perhaps they're available again? The source mentioned above said there'd be a discount for getting in bulk (10+), so...

I personally don't want to have a bunch on hand to buy in bulk just to try and sell here on the board, but it's tempting to get them and offer them on eBay.

 

The part number still shows as a good number, it's just that every time we order it, the part number comes up canceled. So any dealership in Japan can look it up and give a price, but unless they have old stock left, These are incredibly hard to find. Not to say it's not possible.

I'm still constantly working on it myself, might have some luck here soon on new old stock of these.
