for those that have this indash unit, how much does install run you? does this come with everything you need so you can just pop in a DVD and play it and the sound comes out in our car speakers or do we have to get something extra?

Just wondering how much more i would have to spend besides the install price to get this thing up and working.....thanks for your replies!!~
