just like the title says!i removed the whole unit so i could install the new Double Din and aftermarket stereo i have ordered but while im waiting for them to arrive i decided to move my car from the driveway spot(because im currently not driving it)to another with the whole hvac and radio units completley off and the car started for a little bit then died, tried starting it again and it just cranks no start..could this be the problem why???is there some type of feedback signal that the whole unit gives in order to start??HELP!!!!

Sounds like a coincidence. I have removed mine and drove around without it while installing my car pc without any problems. I don't think there is anything to feedback from it. I think you might have another problems.

Yeah, I'd say battery may have died, there's nothing tying the stereo to the anti-theft or any other system that would keep the car from running.
yes well the thing is i never disconnected the battery,i will check batt voltage tommorow and see!

Also, you really, really should have disconnected the battery when working on the electrical system. If it's not just a low battery, the damage that's causing the non-start was probably because you didn't disconnect the battery.

take into the fact that op is a probably quite a noob (since he opted not to disconnect the batt) he likely coulda blew a fuse too that's causing his issue
update!!it was the throttlebody-__-..just sprayed it clean and all good!
