After countless hours of search, debating, and now deciding, I still need help. I've settled on: JVC KD-DV5100 And will option to use Digital Wheelz G35 Din Conversion with AAI-NIS. I just didn't want to cut holes in car (required for ipod route)

I just have a question concerning power: can I splice from cigarette lighter into the above standard DIN head unit?

Does anyone live in Houston, TX who would be willing to spend some time and install AAI-NIX? I will pay. PM me. Thanks.
