car radio problem

i have an 05 g35 coupe. none of the buttons on the unit are working and the AC is always on. Would a radio with climate control unit from an 2005 g35x sedan work with my coupe?

You could also go get an aftermarket stereo with install kit(for ac controls) its a common fault.

Yes, it would, so long as you're replacing a bose with bose or non-bose with a non-bose unit.

But the factory radios are very flawed and prone to failure, so your best bet is to upgrade to aftermarket before spending anything more on factory components.
