Like I said, caps are a band aid on a broken dam.

proper alt and battery... no need for any caps.

I got s nice rockford cap today with some amps I bought, I will never use it ever once my singer alt gets here.

btw singer alt, 449 dollars and lifetime warranty

Question, what is the thing mounted on the underbody that is wired to the alt positive? I thought it was an external regulator?
