DD Install

I know I know, read the stickies. I promise I did! Lurked here for a few months before I finally pulled the trigger an on 06 G35 coupe.

I have read the stickies regarding DD installs and have read a few progress threads, but I'm a complete audio noob and I'm just paranoid about forgetting to order a part that is needed. I've searched over Wrathernaut's thread and I'm pretty sure I have everything, but I wanted to be sure before I pulled the trigger. Any help is greatly appreciated!

JDM Dash - This one says that the AC control comes with the kit, so I'm assuming that I don't need anything extra for it, right?

I'm going to go with this HU: http://amzn.com/B00B8YTOZ4

I have the steering wheel harness: http://amzn.com/B00B4PJC9K
The PAC ROEMNIS2: http://amzn.com/B000CE9OY2
The antenna adapter: http://amzn.com/B0002BESI2
The DD trim ring: http://amzn.com/B000EOM8NY

Now I'd like to replace the front speakers to begin with and eventually replace the rear panel and also the 6x9s on the deck. So, I've got:

http://amzn.com/B00A033E28
and
http://amzn.com/B004W2JTHC

I guess my real question is in regards to the amp; if I plan on eventually replacing all the speakers, but will for sure replace the fronts, is the amp sufficient? Is it "too good"? Is it not enough?

Thanks for any help/insight!

EDIT: Guess I should have mentioned that I have the Bose system along with factory navi. The reason I'm replacing is that I'm getting the "Check Disk Error" on my navi and the cd player won't read any cds. I had planned on replacing eventually, but just moved it up since it's basically useless.

You've got everything from the list, so you're fine.

I'm not sure how much of an upgrade you could consider those speakers, but they'll run fine with that amp. More power on the amp than the speaker needs is better for both amp and speaker, providing you're not cranking the gains up to where they damage the speaker... basically, if it starts sounding distorted, turn it down..

Awesome, thanks!

Any recommendations for better 6.5s?

Another question, is the DD install as easy as it looks? I've installed cd players before, but they were hack jobs pretty much b/c crappy cars I didn't really care about appearance (89 626 & 96 Sentra). I'd really rather someone else who knows what they're doing to do the install. Am I just over thinking it?

Price/performance I haven't heard anything better than what I put in my wife car - Image Dynamics CTX-65cs.

Yeah, it's easy. I'd probably end up spending more time soldering the wiring together than any other part... but you're in Charleston, so if you got a day to come down to Savannah this weekend, I got all the tools and expertise you need to get it done, just take care of lunch.

Thanks for the 6.5" recommendation, will pick that up.

That sounds like a deal to me, just take us to where grub is good!

I just ordered everything, when it all gets here I'll shoot you a pm and hopefully we'll be able to set something up. Thanks again!

Well I ordered the JDM kit first and literally 40sec after I ordered it, I got a call saying they hadn't received the AC control unit yet and would let me know when they're supposed to get them in...so...just used the free shipping on everything else.
