Double din kit

Can someone tell me how to have the touch screen and then the navigation screen above it?

Here's a simplified tutorial:

Buy dash kit
Buy stereo that you want
Buy wiring harness
Buy proper adapter or 4 channel amp
Install

Install the touch screen. Don't remove the stock navigation.
