Hey guys this is my first post on the g35 drivers forums and so im lovin it. So i just got a g35 coupe and was looking to add a sub to it, my problem rigt now is finding a nice box for a 10" sub that doesnt take up abounch of room. I was looking into the 4080 sub boxes but i m conued if people are able to get them or not? I was looking into the jl audio 10w3v3 or the 10w6v3. I need to be able to put down the seat because i use the trunk alot but dont have the money to buy one of the jl audio stealth boxes. Any input would be sick!!! thank

There are two space saver options. The 4080 box is only available on the used market now. Find them in the classifieds here or on eBay. Shipping is around $100. This is the ideal box with the best fitment and the best sound quality. This is audiophile worry though, so to really appreciate it you need sound deadening.

The Zenclosures set ups are made still and are much cheaper usually with very low shipping. You can buy them direct on eBay. They have the correct size depth for the sub, but take up a little more room.

I have the 10w6v2 and will keep it in my next car I love it so much. The v3 has to be even better. Great choice.

I've had both a zenclosure and a 4080/Boxology box. The zenclosure did it's job but I jumped on a 4080 that was posted on the marketplace. Best purchase I've made and well worth the price in my opinion. I'd say just get a zenclosure and wait til a cheap 4080 box gets posted in the marketplace.

 

There's some 4080 boxes currently for sale in the marketplace, I'd jump on them if I didn't already have them in my G35s.
