I have a G35 Coupe 2003 with the OEM Stereo no Navi, Was wondering if i can get the one with Navi and replace the whole unit. Any info will help. Thanks

Spoiler: Technically, yes. Realistically, hell no.

Even if you did, you'd end up with a navigation system that was out of date when it was introduced in 2003, and is pure garbage by today's standards. I wouldn't put it in mine if you paid me $500 and supplied all the parts.
